What Is the Maximus Box?
The Maximus Box is the first clothing subscription box for big and tall men. It is an exclusive subscription service for big and tall men that gives members up to $140 worth of men’s clothes for as low as $69 per month. Our stylists caters to each member’s style preferences, sizes, and body structure.
Unlike most of today’s men’s clothing subscription services, the Maximus Box delivers not only quality at a ridiculously low price, but true diversity and range in the products we offer. Our monthly boxes are curated from our own manufacturing and with partnerships from exclusive brands dedicated to bringing a distinguished look to our big and tall clients.
What is your size range?
We carry sizes XL-6XL in shirts and waist size 36-56 in pants. Inseams range from 30-36 inches
Do I Choose what I receive?
We take great measures to ensure we send cloths that fit, taking into account what brand and size you currently wear, your body shape, past purchases and returns, and photos of you if available. If however we still get it wrong, send it back at no cost to you and we will make sure we get it right!
When can I expect my package?
Once you complete your sign up, our stylist review your profile and your box is built within 7-10 business days.The Maximus Box will deliver your box to your doorstep in 2-7 business days after that. You will be charged again monthly around the 15th of every month, and the process of combing over your past items, profile, and special requests are repeated. Please keep in mind that shipping times are estimates, and are subject to shipping volumes and may experience delays during busy times of the year.
Can I make a special request?
Of Course! Unlike most other subscription services, we give you the option to affect your next order by sending us a Special Request. A special request MUST be submitted prior to your monthly billing to allow the Maximus Box enough time to forward it to your stylist. Any special requests made after billing cannot be guaranteed to affect that order. Special Request will assess a $20 stylist fee.

Can I change my monthly Subscription?
Absolutely! If you decide that you love the Maximus Box so much that you want to upgrade the amount of clothes we send you then we have no problem with it! These changes must be made 10 days prior to the next billing cycle by emailing [email protected] Also if you need to pull back for a month or two, we have no problem with that. If you need to downgrade or take a month off these changes will need to be made 10 days prior to the billing cycle as well by emailing [email protected]
HOW AM I GETTING CHARGED?
At the moment The Maximus Box accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
Can I exchange items I don’t like for free?
You must be an active Maximus Box member to qualify for free exchanges – that’s it! Members can make an exchange for fit issues. Inactive members must pay the shipping cost. Please note that exchanges are not for a refund but for replacement item. With exchanges for size, we do our best to provide the same item in the new size based on availability. If not, a similarly priced item will be added with your next package’s contents. Exchanges are sent with your next package to save on shipping costs and pass along more savings to members.
Maximus Box exchange guidelines :
1. You must make your exchange request within 15 days of receiving your package.
2. Exchange labels expire after 15 days of receiving your package. Additional exchange labels cannot be created for an order after a requested label has expired.
3. Exchanges can only be accepted if all tags are attached and the articles are in unworn condition.
Here’s how it works:
1. Email us at [email protected] with the subject line: Exchange Request – Your Full Name
2. For the item(s) with sizing issues, let us know if you need a size up or size down.
We will then send you a label free of charge to attach to your box, and ship it right back to us! Packages shipped back without prior notification will not be eligible for an exchange.
Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds on packages, items, nor on charges made for your monthly payments unless there was a serious error on our part and we are unable to fix it within a reasonable amount of time. You can however cancel at anytime without penalty or fee, and if you aren’t happy with what you received we also have our awesome exchange policy.
My tracking says my package was delivered, but I can’t find it!
Unfortunately, theft is a tragic reality. However, Maximus Trax is not liable nor be able to provide refunds or re-shipments for packages where Fedex and USPS has provided us Proof of Delivery. Make sure to double-check your shipping information on your account dashboard, your building’s front desk, your local post office, or check with your neighbors.
If it does indeed seem as if your package was nicked, your best course of action is to contact USPS directly with your tracking number and open a claim with them: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm. If it is an ongoing issue, it may be best to notify your local post office to hold your packages for pickup, and/or require a signature from the package recipient at your door from your USPS courier.
Can I cancel at any time with no strings attached?
In order to provide the best overall customer service possible, we take as much care of customers who choose to pause or cancel their membership as those members who choose to continue. If for any reason you want to cancel your subscription, simply contact us at least 10 business days prior to the charge date and we will either pause or cancel your subscription per your request! We require 10 days to ensure enough time to process the cancellation. Should you ever wish to restart your subscription, we’ll be here waiting for you ready to serve.
The first month’s membership fee is charged right after you press the Submit Order on the Secure Checkout page. For every month after that, Maximus Box members are charged on the 1st or the 15th. If your original sign up date is prior to the 8th of the month, your next billing cycle will be on the 1st of each month unless you request a change.
Extra Shipping Costs
Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii is an extra $7 in addition to the monthly fee. Canadian members will be responsible for any charges incurred due to international shipping.
